Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room offers day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with protocols, policies, and guidelines while ensuring a safe patient care environment. This role includes developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical knowledge and skills competencies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care (preferred).
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
