Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery, assess patient needs, and maintain a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Assess patients for changes and obstacles to recovery.
- Maintain clinical competency and skills proficiency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation per policy/procedures.
