Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols. You will develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs, collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery, and maintain clinical competency to facilitate patient care in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy.
