Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
