Summary:
JOB SUMMARY: The Nursing Graduate (RN) provides patient care in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited Nursing School
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire
- Emergency Nursing certification preferred
