Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position entails day and night shifts with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organization protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain a safe care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs and established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain clinical competency and adhere to current standards of practice.
- Create and implement personalized care plans for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
