We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care and maintain a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient's physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Assess and monitor patients for any changes impacting recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and adhere to best practices.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
