Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room offers day and night shifts with varied hours, requiring a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with regulatory standards and organization protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care, assess patient needs, and maintain a safe environment. The role involves developing, implementing, and revising care plans to meet patient and family needs, ensuring competency in clinical skills to uphold best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation program.
