Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
Unit Details
The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, a providers' station for collaborative care, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod. The department is equipped with the latest CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
