Summary
JOB SUMMARY: The RN provides nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice and defined protocols, policies, and guidelines. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans, assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare team members, and maintaining competency in patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
