Genesis Healthcare is seeking a qualified Nursing Unit Manager - LPN to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe nursing care coverage.
- Provide guidance and supervision to unit staff.
- Identify educational needs and develop training programs.
- Oversee medication management to maintain supplies and compliance.
- Deliver direct patient care in coordination with the nursing team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
