Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at E-Z Bel Construction. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to office matters.
  • Perform receptionist duties, handle phone calls and emails, greet visitors, and assist with employment candidates.
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, property inspections, and janitorial services.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and creating reports.
  • Utilize Canva to create promotional materials and assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Assist with internal communications and oversee office equipment provisioning and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in office coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and office software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate office equipment.
  • Manual dexterity, vision acuity, hearing ability, and physical stamina.
  • Flexibility and comfort in a standard office environment.
  • Readiness to occasionally travel and manage tasks in a remote work setting.
