OMHC Clinical Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an OMHC Clinical Manager to join Kolmac, a leader in integrated behavioral health services. The OMHC Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of the mental health department at our CCG site. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving clinical excellence to support patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations
• Manage staffing processes, performance, and training
• Execute clinical and operational Key Performance Indicators
• Lead Clinical Treatment Team meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide supervision and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field
• Board Approved Clinical Supervisor
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in mental health
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and group therapy

Must hold relevant licensure for the states of operation
