Job Description: Oncology Account Manager (Lehigh Valley)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to promote our oncology products and build business relationships with specialists in the Lehigh Valley region. In this role, you will implement marketing strategies, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide essential information about our products. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and involves travel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on approved product indications.
  • Achieve sales forecasts and targets.
  • Organize medical meetings and represent the company at trade shows.
  • Analyze prescribing trends and work with Technical Staff to increase product revenue.
  • Develop business and tactical plans for the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in Oncology sales preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Post-graduate business education is a plus.
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 3 years of Oncology sales.
  • Experience with Hematology, Solid Tumor, AML, or Lung Cancer.
  • Community Oncology practice experience is advantageous.
  • Key Account knowledge is strongly desired.
