Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to promote their products and establish strong business relationships with specialists in the oncology field within the Phoenix South territory. As a key member of the commercial team, the Oncology Account Manager will execute marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Skills
- Strategic Account Management: Conduct in-depth customer analysis, develop tailored strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate across departments, lead account interactions, and build strong customer relationships.
- Selling Effectiveness: Promote oncology products, stay updated on industry trends, and leverage analytics for customer engagement.
- Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate healthcare professionals, demonstrate clinical knowledge, and engage in medical information exchange.
- Execution: Participate in meetings, represent the company at events, manage customer interactions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Experience
- Four-year college/university degree, experience in oncology, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.
Preferred Experience
- Post-graduate studies, 5+ years in oncology market, strong clinical knowledge, strategic thinker, key account management experience, and proficiency in sales analytics.
Physical Demands
- Frequent travel, computer use, and public interactions may be required. Ability to work outside normal hours.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity employer. For US candidates, the base salary for this role ranges from $128,000 to $192,000, with additional benefits and incentives available.
