Job Description: Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest)

We are looking for an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and business strategy skills, focusing on establishing and managing key relationships within health systems and oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

  • Develop and execute business plans with a deep understanding of group purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive brand objectives and educate on Jazz Oncology portfolio access.
  • Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner by building strong relationships and supporting patient initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts.
  • Lead account-level strategic planning to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate insights with leadership and partners to drive access strategies.
  • Manage key business relationships with health systems and oncology decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support field-based teams and address competitive threats.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with health systems, group purchasing organizations, and field sales leadership.
  • Knowledge of oncology stakeholder management and reimbursement models.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
