Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will support the Director Operations and District Managers by communicating essential information to store personnel, creating reports, resolving operational issues, and providing general office support.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate relevant information to leadership and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a filing system.
  • Identify and report irregularities, conduct training, and act as a backup assistant.
  • Interact with internal and external parties to maintain successful partnerships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
