General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operations.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a safe working environment and promote safe freight handling practices.
• Work in a team setting and support the company's values-driven culture.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight and proper handling techniques.
