General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and compliance with hazardous materials handling.
• Work collaboratively in a team-driven, values-based environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
