Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for the loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks to workers based on schedules and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for personnel and customers.
• Promote safe handling, loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Service Center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
