General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and monitor performances, providing training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Support department goals and values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center or transportation background with supervisory experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
