Job Description

We are looking for a motivated OSP Team Lead to join our team at Mercury Broadband in Muncie, IN. As the OSP Team Lead, you will oversee the construction of Fiber-to-the-Home networks. This role involves managing field operations, coordinating resources, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment and oversee construction field operations.
• Coordinate and schedule field activities to complete the scope of work.
• Forecast construction timelines, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Manage construction projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Prioritize and multitask projects, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Knowledge of network drawings, operational improvement, and fiber optic network infrastructure.
• Experience in project management, FTTH infrastructure, and construction management.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of fiber network deployment experience.
