Outpatient Clinician

Our professional staff provides the support needed for individuals with mental illness, physical disabilities, and other developmental challenges to be active community members.
Location: Norristown, PA/ Media, PA
Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience and education
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

• Provide culturally responsive, evidenced-based individual, group, and family clinical interventions.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing for effective treatment.
• Design, implement, and track evidenced-based interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of Evidenced-based treatments and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
