In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting company products in a designated sales territory. The position requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, and a proactive sales approach.

Position Details:

• Achieve or exceed annual sales and margin goals.
• Maintain and expand customer accounts.
• Travel to customer locations to build relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and sales meetings for professional development.
• Maintain accurate customer records and inventory levels.
• Cultivate relationships with key vendors.
• Manage a designated territory and focus on core accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and persuasive abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
