We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As our neighborhood bagel shop, we take pride in offering freshly baked goods along with a variety of other delicious options to our guests. Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of bagels for both in-house and catering needs.
• Work the overnight shift from 12am to 6am.
• Monitor catering orders and adjust production accordingly.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in baking is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to meet early morning deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work unsupervised.
