Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker. In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience for ALDI customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a team environment, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, upholding security protocols, processing customer purchases, stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and following safety procedures. As a Cashier, you will operate cash registers efficiently, while Stockers will ensure product rotation and organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate time management abilities, and have prior retail experience. Cashiers should be familiar with cash handling procedures, while Stockers must operate store equipment safely.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous work experience in a retail setting is a plus. Training will be provided for eligible candidates who demonstrate the required skills and qualities.
