Job Description:
Join our Bishop Gadsden at Home Department as a Companion/Caregiver, providing in-home support to clients focusing on independence, mobility, and emotional well-being for the elderly.
We are currently hiring Part Time/Flexible staff available for afternoon/evenings (3pm-11pm).
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer transportation assistance and accompany clients as needed.
- Observe, report any changes in client condition, and document care efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience as a companion or caregiver.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within Charleston County.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
