Job Description
Join our team at PJS of Texas, Inc. as a Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor, where you can grow professionally and still enjoy your weekends. In this role, you will lead and supervise janitorial operations, ensuring high-quality services are consistently provided. This part-time position offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with a starting pay rate of $17 per hour (DOE).
Responsibilities
- Enforce work standards and manage night janitorial operations.
- Maintain inventory/equipment, ensuring safety and effective resource allocation.
- Supervise, train, and support nighttime cleaners as needed.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports to the Operations Manager.
- Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks when required.
- Handle special projects and other assigned duties.
Skills
- Flexible with excellent organization skills.
- Proficient in workplace safety procedures and effective communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience, ideally in janitorial, hospitality, or food service.
- Pass background check and eligible to work in the United States.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
