Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining merchandising displays, and ensuring a fresh product supply for our customers. Cashiers will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
  • Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Report product feedback to management, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves, rotate products, create merchandising displays, and operate machinery safely.
  • Organize inventory, remove empty boxes, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.
  • Dependable time management and ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
