Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, creating merchandised displays, and ensuring a fresh and organized store environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain cash policies to minimize losses. This position offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines for displays.
• Operate equipment and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
