Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service. This position offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service (Cashier role).
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a fresh product supply for customers (Stocker role).

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to perform various physical tasks.
• Stocker role involves lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
