Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a member of our team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and assist customers, providing a dynamic work environment with new challenges daily.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate information to leadership.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Operate machinery, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective time management and adherence to company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
