Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Store Associate, Cashier, and Stocker to join ALDI, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Type
- Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform various duties as assigned.
Cashier Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and offer feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
- Follow merchandising guidelines for displays.
- Organize inventory and operate machinery safely.
Store Associate Responsibilities
- Assist with Curbside Shopping orders.
- Manage cashier and stocker responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective time management and product knowledge.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
