Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team at ALDI as Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers. As a key player in our store operations, you will interact with customers, handle transactions, maintain product displays, and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards in the workplace.
- Perform cashier duties, handle customer purchases, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a well-organized store layout.
- Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and ensure product availability for customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
