Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi and help enhance the shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will operate cash registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Report product issues and inventory discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
