Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and enhance the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a cashier, you will process purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain store cleanliness. As a stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise displays are neat, and inventory is managed accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and effective time management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Operate registers, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and follow merchandising guidelines.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and operate machinery as a stocker.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is an advantage.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and interpret company policies.
