Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers. In this collaborative role, you will operate registers, stock merchandise, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch service to our patrons on a daily basis.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh product and create appealing displays.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and follow merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of company products and services.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience in retail.
