Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the ALDI customer shopping experience. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing purchases, maintaining cleanliness, and providing outstanding customer service. Stockers will ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise is rotated, and safety procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Rotate and stock products to ensure freshness.
- Follow merchandising planograms and operate machinery safely.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean sales floor.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and interpret company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and effective time management.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience beneficial.
- Knowledge of company products and services.
