Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join Aldi's team and enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will operate registers or machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch customer service. This role offers variety and interaction with customers daily.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties by processing purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves with fresh products, maintain displays, and operate machinery following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience desired.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
