Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and play a key role in creating a great shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to store cleanliness. If you're assigned as a Stocker, you'll ensure shelves are stocked, maintain merchandise displays, and operate machinery safely. Both roles involve collaborating with team members, upholding security standards, and performing assigned tasks efficiently.
Position Details
- Part-Time Position (<30 hours/week)
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier:
- Process purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
Stocker:
- Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
- Follow merchandising guidelines for displays.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
