Your role will involve managing partnerships, enhancing financial and technical asset performance, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in solar O&M practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Optimize financial and technical performance metrics of solar assets.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and explore innovative opportunities in solar O&M.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in solar operations and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Travel
