Responsibilities

• Support registered nurses in providing safe patient care in a healing environment.
• Document patient data, report observations, and ensure safety measures are followed.
• Monitor vital signs, assist with patient mobility and ADLs, and maintain a clean environment.
• Participate in hourly rounding, report shifts, and provide direct patient care and clerical support.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two general areas of practice.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years of acute or long-term care experience.
• Certification as a CNA, PCT, or paramedic, or enrollment in nursing school.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy.
