We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join Hillcrest Medical Center as a full-time member of the Medical Surgical team in Tulsa, OK. If you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a leading healthcare provider, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with registered nurses to deliver excellent patient care in a safe and compassionate environment.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and conditions accurately.
• Assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and basic medical tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and Bedside Shift Report initiatives.
• Perform direct patient care duties and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two areas of patient care.
• Preferred: Experience in acute or long-term care, CNA or PCT certification, phlebotomy proficiency.
