Patient Care Tech / PCT Orthopedic

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Orthopedic Unit team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This is a night shift, PRN position where you will have the opportunity to assist patients with daily activities, monitor their progress, and provide essential support.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating under the supervision of medical staff.
• Observe and report patients' progress to the medical team.
• Record vital signs, collect specimens, and provide basic patient transport.
• Measure and record patients' intake and output, and assist with range of motion exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Two (2) years of experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification is a plus.
