Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As a Pediatric RN for Homecare, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas area. From infants to adolescents up to 18 years old, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with patients and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and revising patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and other medical providers.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Document and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families for guidance and support.

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure in Nevada.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent supervised RN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or recent Chest X-ray.
• Completion of skills assessment.
