Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Registered Nurse with Vent Experience to join NurseCore Management Services LLC in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. As a member of our dedicated team, you will provide quality care to pediatric patients aged from infancy to 18 years old, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.
- Participate in continuous education and mentoring initiatives.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families for support and guidance.
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience or eligible for Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD within the last 12 months.
- Proficient in ventilator care and relevant skills assessments.
