Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position is based in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area and involves providing exceptional home health care to pediatric patients aged from infants to 18 years old. As part of our team, you will play a key role in building relationships with patients, ensuring quality care, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive patient assessments and care planning.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team and other medical providers.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Record and report changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
- Update medical conditions to the Physician and Clinical Director.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the State of Nevada.
- Minimum 1-year experience as an RN in the last 3 years or completion of our Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray in the last 12 months.
- Skills assessment in relevant areas of experience.
