Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse with experience in ventilator care to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position will involve providing compassionate and quality care to pediatric patients in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area, ranging from infants to 18 years old. Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and revision of patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and other medical providers.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Communicate updates on medical conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last year.
- Successful completion of skills assessment.
