Job Description
Mount Prospect Academy, part of the Becket Family of Services, is seeking a dedicated Permanency Coach/Social Worker to join our team. The Permanency Coach plays a crucial role in assisting clients in establishing lifelong connections and fostering success. Responsibilities include providing clinical support, leading groups, identifying strengths, developing support networks, and offering guidance on structure, routines, and effective communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or related field.
- Valid driver's license with insured transportation.
Compensation
$18-19.5 per hour.
