We are looking for a motivated Personal Banker I to join our team at Civista Bank. The Personal Banker I will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, providing financial solutions, and supporting our retail banking team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of teller experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable adapting to new software technologies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to focus under pressure and handle interruptions.
• Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
